Blueberry Banana Smoothie with Hidden Broccoli Microgreens (Toddler Approved)

Blueberry Banana Smoothie with Hidden Broccoli Microgreens (Toddler Approved)

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 a frozen banana (1/2 a banana, not 1/2 cup)
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1/3 oz broccoli microgreens (this is 1/3 of a 1 oz container)
  • 2 T. vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • A few drops of stevia extract (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 

Serve and enjoy!

Yields about a 12 oz smoothie- enough for one parent to share with a toddler.
