Easy Breakfast Sausage Patties Made With Ground Beef or Pork
Finding easy homemade alternatives to processed meat products is a huge win for me. These breakfast sausage patties are great paired with pastured eggs for a protein packed breakfast to fuel your day!
Notes:
Meat- Grassfed ground beef or pastured pork is great. I'm sure ground bison or lamb would work as well!
Seasoning- To save time, I like to keep a jar of sausage seasoning pre-mixed and ready to use in my cupboard. I use this seasoning frequently for many recipes and having it pre-mixed saves me so much time! If you don't want to pre-mix the seasoning, I have given the option for adding individual spices directly to the sausage patty recipe. If you don't have 1 or 2 of the spices, don't let that stop you from trying the recipe- you probably won't even notice they are missing!
