Swiss Chard bunches include 8-10 full size leaves.
Chard adds a beautiful pop of color and flavor to your meals. Chard leaves can be torn apart into smaller pieces for a flavorful salad. Our favorite way to eat chard is "Eggs in a Nest" - saute onions and garlic, then chop up an entire bunch of chard and add to pan. Create small "nests" in cooking chard and poach eggs on top.
Store chard in plastic bag in fridge with paper towel in bag to wick moisture.
