Two green and/or yellow zucchini, about 5-7” long.

*May also include an occasional "zephyr" yellow squash or "romanesco" Italian zucchini

Storage: Zucchini will keep for up to 2 weeks if wrapped in a paper towel and kept in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. The paper towel absorbs condensation in the bag and keeps them crisp.
