Breadico uses an age-old sourdough starter to make their breads the old-fashioned way.
Everything is leavened naturally with sourdough starter (no commercial yeast!) for up to 65 hours, which means that the doughs are mostly predigested before they enter the oven. This natural fermentation process prepares the nutrients in the grain for easy digestion and adds great flavor to the breads!
Since the sourdough process naturally digests the flour during the long fermentation times, Breadico breads can be a healthy option for those with gluten sensitivities.
Ingredients: Breadico uses locally grown ingredients as much as possible. All breads are made with 25-80% local and organically grown wheat that is freshly ground in their own mill. They also use honey, flax and other grains that are produced in South Dakota.
Storage: I find that sourdough bread can be kept at room temperature for several days, in the refrigerator for a week, or frozen for several months.
Classic White
Light and fluffy, this is the bread for crafting a great sandwich, making french toast, or satisfying kids.

Granary
As if eight grains and seeds wasn't enough, this loaf is also studded with sweet cranberries for a great blend of flavors.

Multigrain
Boasting just about every grain grown under the sun, this hearty loaf is great paired with a rustic soup.

Raisin (unsliced)
The only loaf that is sold unsliced, this bread will reveal swirls of cinnamon and plump raisins to satisfy your sweet tooth when cut into.
