Pickling Cucumbers, 1 lb

Eat them fresh or make a batch of refrigerator pickles!

It takes about 1 pound of small cucumbers to fill a 1 quart jar.

These picklers range from about 2-5” long and are about 1” diameter. The small ones can be eaten whole, the larger ones can be sliced lengthwise into spears. Leave a note at checkout if you prefer a certain size.

(We only have a small quantity available each week and don't offer pickling cucumbers by the bushel.)
