Each bag contains 1 oz of tea which will give you approximately 15-20 cups depending on the blend.
How to prepare: These teas will come loose which means you will need something to steep your tea in. We recommend tea bags (sold here on Glory Garden). There are steeping instructions on each bag and vary with each blend.
