Just in! Freshly harvested "Music" garlic.

This garlic is "uncured" but fully developed so that cloves are well-wrapped. Fresh garlic is juicer and stickier and full of fresh flavor. 

Store garlic out of direct sun in an area with mild temperatures and good airflow. The wrapper will continue to dehydrate. Garlic is fully cured in about 2 weeks, but this can be used at any time.
