Creamed honey is raw honey that has been slowly chilled and turned to create fine crystals, which result in a creamy, spreadable consistency. It's also referred to as spun honey, churned honey, and whipped honey.
Store in a cool dark cupboard. If exposed to heat, it will liquify like regular honey.
