Caraflex Cabbage

1 Cabbage Head. The variety we grow for early cabbage is cone-shapped. It is sweet and holds together well when grilled.

Cabbage is a delicious and versatile vegetable. It can be shredded and eaten raw in salads or coleslaw, it can be roasted in the oven or grilled to bring out sweetness, and it can be added to stir fry. It's loaded with nutrients and taste.

Store in the crisper drawer in fridge. The outer wrapper leaves may become wilted if not stored in a bag, but you can remove those.
