Breadico makes sourdough from an old-fashioned starter (no commercial yeast!) and long ferments the dough for easier digestion. Breadico's sourdough can be ordered through Glory Garden- an online farmers market serving the Brookings area. Check out the seven different flavors of bread here.
Orders can be picked up every Tuesday during the spring, summer, and fall. During the winter, we have monthly order pick up.
