Roasted Peppers- A Super Easy Side Dish

Roasted Peppers

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Remove seeds from peppers and cut into quarters.

Lay the peppers on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake at 400 until tender, around 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and return to the oven for a few more minutes until the cheese is melted.
