3 Ingredient Fruit-Sweetened Mango Sorbet OR Popsicles
This refreshing dessert takes just minutes to make and is sweetened only with fruit. It can be made with fresh or frozen mangos. You can use bottled pineapple juice or simply drain off the liquid from a bowl of cut pineapple, like I did.
3 INGREDIENT FRUIT-SWEETENED MANGO SORBET OR POPSICLES
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 lb mangos, cubed
1/8 tsp salt
To make popsicles:
(If using frozen mangos, it is best let them partially thaw so that the finished mixture is able to be poured into the popsicle molds. If using fresh mangos, proceed on with the recipe.)
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. These are the molds I bought.
Yields 6 2 oz. popsicles
To make sorbet:
(The mangos must be frozen.)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
