Our raw honey is gently harvested and never heated, preserving all its natural enzymes, antioxidants, pollen, and medicinal benefits exactly as nature intended.  The color of the honey can vary from bottle to bottle depending on the predominant nectar source.  Clover makes a lighter honey, alfalfa makes it darker.  The bees also collect from sunflowers and wildflowers.

Because it is truly raw, it may crystallize over time- this is a beautiful sign of authenticity and quality (pasteurized honey will not crystallize). Store in a warm place (not the refrigerator) to delay crystalizing.  If crystallization does occur, place bottle in warm water to liquefy honey.

This honey is also unfiltered. The tiny black flecks and white foam you may see are pure beeswax- completely natural, edible, and a mark of its unprocessed purity.

Recycling: We can reuse the glass bottles but do not reuse the plastic bottles.
