Our raw honey is gently harvested and never heated, preserving all its natural enzymes, antioxidants, pollen, and medicinal benefits exactly as nature intended.

Because it is truly raw, it may crystallize over time- this is a beautiful sign of authenticity and quality (pasteurized honey will not crystallize). Store in a warm place (not the refrigerator) to delay crystalizing.  If crystallization does occur, place bottle in warm water to liquefy honey.

This honey is also unfiltered. The tiny black flecks and white foam you may see are pure beeswax- completely natural, edible, and a mark of its unprocessed purity.

Recycling: We can reuse the glass bottles but do not reuse the plastic bottles.
