Kohlrabi - 2 count

2 medium kohlrabi, tops removed. 

With flavor similar to a broccoli stem, but with a more tender crunchy texture, kohlrabi is an under-rated treasure. It performs equally well raw with dip or in slaws, or roasted in the oven. 

We have found that the larger kohlrabi are just as sweet and tender as the smaller ones.
