See product photo for ingredients.  All of the ingredients added to this summer sausage are certified organic.  I (Anna) spoke with Elkton Locker because I noticed seed oils on the ingredient list.  I was told that they use a pre-packaged organic spice mix at the rate of roughly 1 teaspoon per pound of meat and because the oil is at the end of the ingredient list of the 1 tsp of spice mix (listed by weight), there is very little oil used in the recipe overall.
