Zesty garlic, freshly cured and ready for your recipes. You'll be impressed by the flavor and bite of our locally-grown, heirloom garlic varieties. We'll offer them in order of shortest to longest storage types from now until we sell out, usually Dec/Jan. Enjoy these little bundles of pungent delight!

Storage: Garlic will normally keep for several months in a cool dry place like a pantry cupboard.

This garlic is USDA certified organic and Real Organic Project certified. (Glory Garden partners with local farmers who use natural, chemical-free growing practices, but we do not require them to be certified organic. In this case, Prairie Coteau Farm happens to be USDA certified organic).
