This is the last month we will have garlic until the new crop is harvested in the summer.
Storage: Since spring is near, this garlic should be used within about a month before it starts to sprout. Otherwise, garlic will keep for several months in a cool dry place like a pantry cupboard.
This garlic is USDA certified organic. (Glory Garden partners with local farmers who use natural, chemical-free growing practices, but we do not require them to be certified organic. In this case, Prairie Coteau Farm happens to be USDA certified organic).
