Very fragrant with concentrated celery flavor.

We have found that our celery is a bit tough for fresh eating (it is particularly small this year due to dry conditions) but that it excels in soups, stocks, and finally chopped into potato or chicken salad. 

The leaves are also great to dry into celery flakes and celery salt.
