Lettuce Roll-Ups (Low Carb and Gluten Free)

This recipe is so easy and quick and there are so many different options of what you could add to personalize these.  

Lettuce Roll-Ups

  • Lettuce
  • Ranch dressing, mustard, or pesto
  • Chopped herbs like basil or cilantro
  • Deli meat
  • Sliced cheese

Lay a pieces of lettuce on your plate (use 2 if the leaves are small).

Add your choice of sauce.

Add some chopped herbs.

Next add some deli meat with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Finally add the slices of cheese.

Now roll it up!
