Blueberry Banana Smoothie with Hidden Broccoli Microgreens (Toddler Approved)
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 a frozen banana (1/2 a banana, not 1/2 cup)
- 3 ice cubes
- 1/2 oz broccoli microgreens (this is 1/2 of a 1 oz container) (can also sub smoothie mix microgreens)
- 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 3/4 cup milk
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
Yields about 18 oz smoothie- enough for one parent to share with a toddler.
