Honey Ginger Pork Stir Fry

Pasture raised ground pork is a budget friendly meat for this sweet and sticky stir fry, made with just a few simple clean ingredients.

I'm providing the recipe and instructions for the meat and sauce.  If you would like to add veggies, use a separate skillet to stir fry your favorite veggies while the meat is cooking.

Honey Ginger Pork Stir Fry

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 T. grated ginger
  • 6 T. coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 T. rice vinegar
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

In a skillet, brown ground pork.

Meanwhile, mix together coconut aminos, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper and set aside.

When the meat is cooked, add garlic and ginger to the pan and cook briefly until fragrant.

Pour sauce in skillet and cook until bubbly and slightly thickened.

Serve with rice and stir fried veggies.  Enjoy!
