Edible Flowers

15 grams, which is about 1 cup (what is shown in the picture).

Use: Edible flowers can be sprinkled on salads for eye candy, used to decorate desserts, or frozen in ice cubes for a beautiful addition to a drink. See our Top 3 Ways to Use Edible Flowers (with pictures!) here.

This will be a mix of:
Borage blossoms (small blue star shaped flowers)
Bachelors buttons (blue and purpleflowers)
Calendula. (large yellow and orange flowers)

Storage: Simply refrigerate. The calendula flowers will close after being picked, but that’s OK because they are best used by tearing off the petals and using the petals only. The other flowers will remain open and can be used whole.
