I’ve tasted many different varieties of cucumbers from different sources and have experienced cucumbers that were bitter, mealy, seedy, dry, or became slimy only days after buying. But I have yet to be disappointed by a Gilkerson cucumber- they are always crisp, juicy, store well, and are pleasantly flavored!
Storage: Cucumbers will keep for up to 2 weeks if wrapped in a paper towel and kept in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. The paper towel absorbs condensation in the bag and keeps them perfectly crisp.
